One of the first chicken wing sauces, Karen’s Spicy Red Hot Wings Sauce is made from Chuck’s fresh pepper mash of jalapeño, cayenne, and serrano chiles. Dip deep-fried chicken wings into this medium-heat sauce, however, beware…the more you eat the hotter it gets! Low Salt and Gluten-Free.
THICK BUTTERY WING SAUCE RECIPE
1 Stick (4 oz.) Butter or Margarine
1 TBSP (4 cloves) Crushed Garlic (Optional)
8 oz. MONTEZUMA Wing Sauce
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan on Low Heat.
Add Crushed Garlic & Wing Sauce.
Simmer on Low Heat & Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Pour over Baked/Fried Chicken Wings.
